Here's a breakdown from Chania International Airport (CHQ) to Corte Interna, Kaliviani: 

1. Departure from Chania Airport: (around 17 minutes, 14km)

• Exit the Airport:
  • You will exit Chania International Airport (Ioannis Daskalogiannis) and follow signs leading onto the main road, EO Aerodromiou Soudas.
• Head towards the National Road:
  • You will then need to get onto the Vorios Odikos Axonas Kritis/A90/E65 (Northern Road Axis of Crete). This is the main highway running along the northern coast of Crete.

2. Following the National Road (E65): (around 40 minutes, 45km)

• Driving West:
  • In this instance you will be traveling west on the E65. This is because Kaliviani is in the most western portion of Crete.
  • You will stay on this road until the exit that leads to Kaliviani.
• Exiting the E65:
  • You will have to exit the E65 in order to head south towards Kaliviani. There will be road signs that designate the correct exit.

3. Heading to Kaliviani and Finding Corte Interna:

You will pass by Kasteli town and you will continue straight. You will come across some signs (Kaliviani, Sapphire suites, Almyra) and you will turn right. Then you will immediately turn and keep driving for around 1.6 km. Then turn left onto Stylianou Koutsaftaki and Corte Interna will be on the right!
