Though it is not a hotel, the amenities, services and experiences will astonish you! You are welcomed to enjoy your holidays and to feel at home!!!
There are two main bedrooms which could host at least 4 people. In case it is needed, two more folding beds may be added to host two more persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, kitchen tools and electric devices.
The garden full of flowers, trees and shadows has different sitting areas depending the hour of the day. We propose you to take your breakfast in the front terrace! During the sunset the garden is the place to enjoy and relax towards the amazing sea and sunset views!
In the garden there is a BBQ which you could freely use.
There is a private parking place for one car.

Kavousi is an old stone village with great views to the Cretan sea and the sunset. Picturesque stone houses in between olive groves are completing the scenery. A small distance from Falassarna's sandy beaches, makes the area a perfect place for relaxing holidays.
Ifkea House has its private parking place!
Near the famous fantastic sandy beach Falassarna, on the western coast of Chania, Crete.
Good food in the area; many tavernas and cafes.
Elafonissi beach (south west Crete) and Balos beach (north west peninsula) are relatively close to the property. It is also worthing to visit both of these areas!
