Melissa Luxury Villa are a newly built complex of 2 villas located in Phalasarna area. In a prime position, the villas are only 5 minute driving from the awarded beach of Phalasarna and local amenities, ideal for families.The villa boasts a large private pool with Jacuzzi and children's section. Melissa 3 has 3 bedrooms and a sofa beds that can accomodate 6+2 guests. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in the most beautiful sea of Crete.
The space:
Brand new, Melissa Villas is a complex of 2 villas located in Phalasarna area, close to Kissamos, offering an ideal location for families and individuals who want to be close to the beach and restaurants. Melissa Villas offer modern design and a comfortable open plan layout. Each villa has its own large outdoor area with dining table and BBQ, private swimming pool with a children's section and Jacuzzi section.
Layout:
The open plan living area of Melissa Complex provides a comfortable indoor space with contemporary furnishings and colors bring the space to life and these features continue throughout the villa. The first property features 3 bedrooms, split in 2 levels and the second property offers 2 bedrooms. The Complex comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Also there are a sofa bed in each villa.
The stylish living area has sofa seating and a 55” Smart TV and the kitchen has branded appliances and all facilities to allow for a pleasant cooking experience. The kitchen island is lined by 6 high stools for casual dining. Large patio doors open to the veranda and pool area providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
The first villa offers beyond the living room, a small corridor leads to one of the bedrooms with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00), wardrobe, and patio doors leading outdoors. On the ground floor there is bathroom with a freestanding sink, rainshower and toilet. On the first floor
two more bedroom is reached via a floating staircase, one of them featuring twin beds (0.90 X 2,00) and the other a double bed (1,60 x 2,00). The glass door of the bedrooms overlooks the living area and windows look out onto the pool and the ocean. The bathroom has a sink, rainshower and toilet.
The second villa also offers a bathroom on the ground floor and the two bedrooms are downstairs with another one bathroom. One bedroom offers twin beds (0.90 X 2,00) and the other a double bed (1,60 x 2,00). Both bedrooms with patio doors leading outdoors.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and framed, providing the perfect space in which to play or relax. The outdoor facilities include:
- 33 sq. m. private swimming pool (1,4 m depth) with easy step access and special children's compartment (0,70 cm depth) and Jacuzzi area.

-Pool heating is available upon request with an extra charge.
-Outdoor seating and outdoor dining table under a pergola, where you can enjoy a book and alfresco dining.

- Driveway that provides parking space for 2 cars. The complex has its own private entrance and it’s fully fenced, providing privacy and security to our guests.
Guest access:
Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors! The only shared area between the Villas is the complex driveway of the complex.
Cleaning Convenience:
Relax knowing a cleaning service visits every 3 days for reservations up to 5 nights to keep things fresh with cleaning and chance of linen and towels.

Waking to vivid blue!
The villa lis lovely. Clean and spacious. Close enough to walk to the gorgeous Falasarna Beach. The view from the upstairs bedrooms is stunning and a joy to wake up to. The only downside is the internet does not really work. But if you have a Hotspot that works fine.
We had a lovely stay ♡
We were in Melissa 3, three couples, one baby and one toddler. Getting from Chania and Heraklion to Falassarna was easy. It is a beautiful and remote location with lots of restaurant choices that do take away and a beautiful beach. As climate in June the water both in the sea and the swimming pool were chilly, so we would use it in the afternoon (around 5-6pm) after a whole day of sun. The beach was lovely too, clean and blue water, 20 Euros for 2 Sunbeds and an umbrella. The villa had all utilities needed and as a surprise cleaning service on a Wednesday. The stairs in the house and the swimming pool were the most fun activity for our toddler, which made them also a bit dangerous if we were not always very near him. He loved jumping in the pool. Would come back again!
Best location for groups or family’s
We had a great time in Villa Melissa 3. Everything look like on the pictures and we had enough space for 4 adults and 4 Kids. The pool was very clean,as same as the house,kitchen and bathrooms. We would recommend the house for groups and family’s.
Great place for a couple or a family
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Melissa 3. The house is comfortable and quiet, with everything you need to feel at home, away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (salt, pepper, oil, some spices) and equipped well enough to prepare almost anything. The beds were comfortable and electric shades kept the rooms dark. Above all, though, the view is spectacular, and perfectly situated to take in the sunsets. We would happily return and will recommend to anyone interested in going to west Crete.
Best vacation in this beautiful Villa Melissa in Falasarna
Dear Filippo, Lydia and Michalis, Thank you for this super vacation that we enjoyed in Villa Melissa. We stayed with our two 6 year old boys for 11 days in the slightly larger Villa Mellissa (3 bedrooms) and every single day was a joy. There were some days that we enjoyed spending completely in the house and at the pool. The pool is beautiful and a great size for swimming and playing (the jacuzzi part of the pool is lower). The villa is surrounded by olive tree plantations and the terrace and pool are therefore protected all around. The pool and terrace are facing the sea. From the balcony and the small terrace on the upper floor you have a direct sea view with beautiful sunsets. Everything was very clean. Soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and there were plenty of good smelling towels. Private parking available next to the two villas. For interior design fans: the design and the choice of materials make the entire villa a true oasis of well-being. About the location: we loved it! There are many good tavernas within a short distance (2-10 minutes by car). Day trips to the beautiful towns of Chania and Reythymno are very feasible. The beach of Falasarna is really beautiful and is only 5 minutes away by car. There are also a few nice beach bars there. There is a selection of small and large supermarkets in the surrounding area. We mostly went shopping in Kissamos. All in all, a wonderful vacation in the villa and the surrounding environment, which we would definitely repeat again! Thank you!
Birthday weekend in villa Melissa
I had a wonderful time with 7 of my friends in Villa Melissa. The communication with Lydia and Popi was fluid, they answered all my questions and brought support before my arrival. The villas are well-placed on the island. The space and view of the villas allowed us to have quality time. There's a high chance that we will be back!
What a place!!!!!
Villa Melissa represent a perfect location to visit a part of Creta with one of the best sea in the world. The villa provides a great combination between location, style, size and services. Everything has been perfect! We will be back again.
Tucked away luxury
In this quiet location, tucked in amongst the olive groves of Falassarna, you can only hear the goats and the sea. We went in low season, but Falassarna is not a busy place. Just a handful of tavernas and beach bars, with a big stretch of fine sand giving onto the crystal clear waters. The villa itself is styled impeccably, with every comfort you need. In April it's too cold to use the jacuzzi or the pool, but warm enough to lie out in the sun. I miss this place. :-)
