The upper level features two elegant bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy:

• One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and a private en-suite bathroom
• One bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and its own en-suite bathroom

Lower Level 

The basement level offers an independent living area, perfect for a family or guests who prefer extra privacy. It includes:

• One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm)
• A sofa bed accommodating additional guests
• A private bathroom
• A small, fully equipped kitchenette

This level comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children, functioning almost as a self-contained apartment within the villa.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor space is designed to maximize relaxation and enjoyment of the stunning natural surroundings:
